Jashn Eid Milad un Nabi Mubarak
12 Rabi ul Awal is the moment of joy for all the Muslim Sunni community. On this day Allah sent His last messenger on earth, Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). Every year in the month of Rabi ul Awwal, Muslims celebrate the birthday of Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).
Rabi ul Awwal is the fourth month in the Islamic calendar and is the most awaited as well because it is a month of blessings. When moon of Rabi ul Awal is sighted, people start preparing to celebrate it. The celebration of this event begins with decoration of masjids, homes, buildings, road and streets.
Sunni community start planning for organizing Mehfil e Milad. In this Jashne Milad Mehfil they recite Naats, Eid Milad un Nabi shayari in Urdu and Hindi to express their love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
On arrival of 12 Rabi ul Awal day, people share wishes, greetings, quotes, images, messages, SMS and wallpapers related to Eid Milad un Nabi mubarak with their family, friends, relatives and fellows. There is also distribution of food and sweets among poor people to make them part of the celebration.
Jashne-Eid-Milad is also known as third Eid event celebrated by the Muslims, the other two eids are named as Eid-al-Fitar and Eid-al-Adha.
This event gives a messages of love and peace to all the human beings around the world because this is the message of our beloved Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).
Muslims around the world enjoy pubic holiday on this day to celebrate this special occasion that comes once in a year. People hold special confrences and events to pay tribute and respect to the last messenger of Allah, whose whole life is a teaching for the coming generations and whole mankind.
